The hotel is close to the airport, offering spacious and comfortable rooms, though some maintenance work remnants were visible in the bathroom. The service was friendly overall, but check-in timing was inconvenient due to an event taking place. The location is superb and ideal for a quick stay before heading to Central America. The dining options were pricey for what was offered.

The hotel offered very nice accommodations in their rooms, but the CLUB snacks on the Hilton's Club floor were a bit of a disappointment. The service from Lonnie was excellent, although the rest was poor and unprofessional. The location, while close to the airport and with a lovely pool, left me feeling a bit too cold due to the air conditioning. The dining experience was not included in our rate, which would have been nice, but the grilled meat was good.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, they were disappointingly filthy with fingerprints on every surface and weren't serviced despite reporting it to the front desk. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with unprofessional and discourteous interactions alongside great assistance from the bar, cafe, and housekeeping staff. The location was convenient, close to the airport, but lacked amenities. The dining options were good but not complimentary as expected. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
